This house is cozy and traditional. We had it custom built and have enjoyed the house and the neighborhood. It is on a large corner lot with mature trees and a large fenced in back yard. There is lots of storage that is not included in the overall square footage. We have a burglar alarm system, sprinkler system in the whole yard and a raised garden spot. It has been a wonderful home to raise a family in. We are getting older and do not need as much room or two stories any longer. The schools are Pinnacle Valley Middle School, Central High School and Terry Elementary.
