This house has spacious rooms and is very energy efficient. The central heat and air was replaced 2 1/2 yrs ago and upgraded to a heat pump. This unit has the entergy star rating. Hot water heater was also replaced 2 1/2 yrs ago. The hotwater heater and the gas log fireplace are the only things on natural gas. I have levelized billing and my utilites run less than $150 month. Neighborhood Description Very quite away from traffic noise of highways and town taffic. Very little traffic come into the culdesac where this house is located.
