Fully appointed with kitchens and kitchenettes, bathrooms, beds & linen, kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery and appliances. We are 5-minute drive to Cruz Bay and about a 10-minute drive from any of the North Shore beaches. Around 15 minutes to Coral Bay. 1 minute to the school and 2 minutes to the clinic. 500ft above sea level, the highest temperature I've recorded in the last 14 years has been 83 degrees and the lowest 68 which is perfect. Presently I live in a small one-bedroom unit, that could very easily be converted to a 3rd rental Cottage. My living unit has a small work shop attached, and is air-conditioned. There is a 2nd workshop behind the apartment too, which is perfect for a plant nursery if you so wish. On the side there is 2 washers and a dryer. 2nd one isn't pictured as it's new. The 3-car carport is my outside kitchen, my entertainment area, as well as another work area when needed. My reason for selling, and it has been a difficult decision, is simply that I want to go sailing and my age is creeping up on me faster than I thought. So, I guess it's now or never. So sadly I need to sell my piece of paradise now and hopefully when I'm finished with cruising the world, I'll be able to settle in another piece of paradise somewhere. Although I doubt, I'll be able to afford this lovely island again because prices are going up & up. Lastly the nicest aspect about living here after the weather is the peacefulness of this small valley. There's no noise besides the tree frogs and crickets at night.
