The home offers 2-3 free off-street parking spots; however, all guests must park on property at their own risk due to the parking made of gravel, and there's also an occasional super high tide, which can bring the water table rising 18 inches above ground level and can damage personal property left/parked in the parking area. Guests should keep a close eye on the tide tables and, in the event of super high tides, simply move their car to street/public parking nearby.
