Fully furnished room with wi-fi, laundry in basement and attached parking. The house is fully furnished and includes Wi-Fi, as well as a washer and dryer in the basement. You'll be sharing the house with four other people who are super calm, quiet (sometimes you won't even notice whether they're home or not!), respectful, and private. I'm looking for someone who is clean and respectful toward others. The house is only a 5-minute walk from UNH and is close to the bus stop, Spice Venue, Dollar General, and many other places around campus. Also if you are a YALE student you can use the pink route shuttle directly to the Med campus! The rent is $570 per month, plus an additional $80 if you'd like to have an AC unit for the summer. You'll only be sharing the refrigerator and bathroom with one person. Housemates are very private, easy going and friendly. No smoking and pets are allowed. A safe area with the UNH police patrolling regularly.
