The apartment also a has silent, excellently maintained HVAC built-in thoughtout, controlled by you, to keep you cool all summer. This is included in the rent as is housekeeping, basic electricity and internet. The apartment also features ample closets, a washer/dryer and a dishwasher in the unit, hardwood floors, and beautiful views of the treeline through the arched windows in the living-room. The bedrooms also feature electric, shade store shades and curtains so you can have them as bright or as dark as you like. There are Breville and SMEG kitchen appliances for your use for tea, espresso and toasting. SONY smart television wiht Apple TV. Sorry, no cable television but you can subscibe to it for the summer. We also feature Apple Homepod speakers for great media sound. Pets are welcome within the house-rules and up to 35-40lbs. Peloton Bike also available (or can be stored if requested), using your own account. Close to the metro north station, parks, golf, yacht clubs and the waterfront.
