The space is quiet, comfortable, and well suited for medium to long-term stays. The apartment sits on a peaceful lot with Kilburn brook in the backyard, offering a calm outdoor environment. All utilities are included in the rent: heat, hot and cold water, sewage, electric, fiber optic internet, and a number of streaming services. No laundry on site, but there is a laundry mat within walking distance of the apartment. On-site off-street parking for 1 with additional off-street parking nearby. Month-to-month to start with tiered longer term lease options. After month-to-month for 3 months you can renew for a 3 month lease, after 6 months you can renew for a 6 month lease, after a year you can renew for a 1 year lease. Tiered renewals are entirely optional and up to the owners discretion. Longer-term leases may include discounts on rent.
