Appliances include dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer, and dryer, along with the usual. Grill & fire pit available. We can include a lot of furniture, too, if desired. The walls were all recently painted, good floors or rugs, lived in and imperfect but really comfortable and in good shape. Bright and spacious. Appliances, water, and sewew included, but utilities are not. Always plenty of street parking available, you can see Stop & Shop from the front yard, laundry in the basement, neighborhood is quiet. Absolutely no smoking inside the house.
