We have a Walgreens located right at the corner of Richmond Ave and Morani Street. We have 2 different shopping centers both within walking distance. One shopping center has a McDonalds, pizzeria, Dunkin Donuts, CVS, Tanning Salon and much more. The other one has a Waldbaums, pizzeria, chinese food, hair salon, card store, Applebees and Chilis, etc. There are 5 different local bus lines that run through the neighborhood plus 2 express bus lines going into Manhattan. The College of CSI is within walking distance. It's a very safe neighborhood.... You're not afraid to be out late at night.
