Near the center of Swedesboro a nice little town with several restaurants and specialty grocery store. Just a nice place to live. 4 miles to exit 10 on 295 , 30 minutes to Philly or Wilmington No large pets, tenants cares for yard and sidewalk. Must keep grass mowed but it's a small yard. Keep trash cans in designated area and clean without trash flowing over.
