There's a family room downstairs between the two bedrooms as well as a full bathroom and the laundry. The kitchen is updated and the flooring is really nice laminate. The property has a great view of the city and mountains from the living room, main bedroom and of course the huge deck. No pets sorry. Owner pays for landscaping/yard upkeep and they come twice a month to maintain the property. All utilities are paid for by the tenants.
