No big dogs. One month $2250 security deposits plus prorated rents for the first month at lease signing. Rents will be due every first day of the month after the first month via ZELLE. Renter is responsible for all utilities including sewage, waste (by contacting Citrus County Utilities and Duke Electric) One year lease or longer. No dog more than 20 pounds permitted. Any violation that the city or HOA send bills, you have to pay promptly within 2 weeks. 2) All payments including $2000 deposit will be with ZELLE.
