This complex is locate in a quiet part of Newark Valley, but stores, gas stations, schools, and banks are just a short drive/walk away. The complex has a laundry room for each of the four buildings, and there is free off street parking. There is also a storage unit on premises that comes with the apartment. This unit is in a complex consisting of four buildings with 18 total apartments. It is not a condo, but an apartment. Our lease is for one year, but if you give a 30 day notice by the first of the month you are permitted to move out and still get your security deposit back. The rent is based on 30% of the gross income and the heat, hot water, and garbage are included in the rent We do not allow smoking on the property, and we do not allow pets. There is one parking space per apartment. We do all of the mowing, trimming, snow plowing, and maintenance of apartments.
