This 2 bed 2 bath apartment is a wonderful place to live. It has a spacious kitchen, and living room, with two equal size bedrooms, and a full and three quarter bath. It has a ton of storage with two large closets in the bedrooms, a large coat closet, a linen closet, and additional storage in the bathrooms. There is a gas fireplace in the living room that can actually heat the whole apartment! This is a top floor apartment of a two story building so you get the benefits of a vaulted ceiling and top floor living, with only one set of stairs to walk up. The apartment includes a washer and dryer and a detached garage, that has hooks already installed to hang a bicycle in. Landlord is extremely responsive and maintenance has been wonderful during my three years living here. The only reason I am moving is in order to get a dog, as this property does not allow pets. The apartment has a balcony that looks over a sidewalk only used by other residents and the landlord allows gas grills. This is a very quite apartment and because of its location great for people who like to walk or bike on the trails that run through North Liberty. It backs up on a main section of the trail and is less than a quarter mile to the North Liberty recreation center and public library, and multiple restaurants and parks are in walking distance. The property also really tries to keep rent as low as possible. My rent has only gone up 15 dollars in the three years I have lived here which has been wonderful. The tenet is responsible for all utilities, but the landlord handles show removal. The building is set up for high speed internet and you can work with Mediacom, South Slope, or Direct TV. I have been very happy living here and know this is a wonderful apartment for graduate students, young professionals, or even families. Please contact me for a showing. You would sign a sublease for the month of June and then a year long lease starting July 1st. Sublease for the month of June 2018 with option to sign a year lease July 2018 to July 2019. Move in date, however, would be flexible with dates as early as May 25th.
