Pool house! Looking for a Roommate. I have 1 bedroom available starting September 20th. You can do or paint whatever you'd like with your room. You will get your own bathroom. But all other living areas will be shared. Rent will include all utilities, WiFi, the home does have a pool that can be used anytime. We do have dogs who are extremely nice. Quiet neighborhood very close to both bases hurlburt is about 5-10 minutes and Eglin is about 15 min. Beach is also about 10 minutes Please no smoking vaping is fine. There is plenty of parking. Don't care if you have guest over just no parties or anything unless you ask first. I don't mind inviting people over for the pool just be respectful. I would like a year lease but I'll do a 6 month lease for $50 more a month
