This unit ( Located on the island of Molokai) has just been completely painted and remodeled. It is fully furnished and includes all utilities (except phone). There is a private lanai with outdoor furniture and a new BBQ grill and a great view of the island of Lanai. It is located steps from the ocean and is close to town, schools and the hospital. We are looking for quiet, respectful tenants for approximately 6+ months while we await the approval of our B&B permit. It has 2 spacious bedrooms and lots of storage. 1 bedroom has a new queen memory foam mattress and the 2nd room has 2 twin beds which can be set up separately, as bunk beds or we can replace the 2 twin beds with another queen memory foam bed. The kitchen has everything you need to cook anything from a grilled cheese sandwich to a complete gourmet meal.
