No bedding or bath towels included. Monthly rent includes: heat, electricity, snow removal, and lawn care. Cottage is furnished. Sleeping arrangements: 1 bedroom: Queen-size bed 2nd bedroom: 2 Twin beds Looking for a winter tenant to move in October 1st (earliest 9/28) until May 15th or 31st. Monthly rent includes: Rent, heat, water, electric, snow removal, and lawn care - Does not include: cable, internet and shoveling.
