13 week Ownership includes use of the New Seabury Ocean Course, Monday thru Friday after 2 p.m. and the Dunes Course anytime. Saturday and Sunday, they can only use the Dunes Course after 2 p.m. They do have to pay cart fees, like all members. They can also use the Beach & Cabana Club, tennis and fitness club. Owners may only use these amenities during the weeks they own. Cannot use Seaquarter Pool. Maint. fee pd qrtly $1,814.72 (includes R.E. tax & Annual Charge)
