Third level has master bedroom and bath, third bedroom/office and laundry room with washer/dryer included. The corner unit allows for more yard space and windows for additional light. Minimum lease term is 12 months. Resident has card key access to all amenities included in monthly rent. Small pets are allowed with a $500 deposit. Resident is responsible for normal cleaning and maintenance of the townhome. Whole unit must be professionally cleaned including carpets upon move-out. Resident must register and pay for all utilities including trash. Harolow is a wonderful community with a pristine environment due largely to a very active Home Owner Association. All HOA rules will be provided upon execution of a lease. These rules are STRICTLY enforced by the HOA, especially trash, parking and pet waste rules. Any fines incurred for violation of these rules will be charged to the Resident. Multiple infractions will lead to termination of the lease. Smoking (of any substance) in the townhome is strictly forbidden and will also be grounds for termination. Owner lives nearby and will conduct periodic inspections in coordination with Resident.
