Cute cottage in Kihei best suited for one person. Close to everything in Kihei; walk down the hill to the Kam I, II, and III beaches! Cottage comes fully furnished and equipped with linens, towels, and a stocked kitchen. All utilities are included, with the exception of internet. Cottage is on the same property as the main house where the landlord lives (on and off throughout the year). Very responsive landlord who has an on-island manager for any needs or maintenance issues while away. Cottage shares an outdoor courtyard with the main house (with lots of spots to eat or relax outside). There is off-street parking available for one car. You have your own address (and mailbox) separate from the main house. Please note: I am the current tenant of the cottage. You would be taking over the last 5 months of my existing lease which would run from September 1st to January 31st. Then you would have the option to renew for a year-long lease if desired. (I'm moving due to job needs in Honolulu, so my loss is your gain!) Also note: the landlord has fragrance sensitivities and using scented laundry detergent, dryer sheets, or scented candles in the unit is prohibited.
