This apartment has just been renovated. New flooring, carpet and padding. New paint. Apartment looks good, and competitively priced. Lots of hardwood trees. Managed by on sight owner. Good tenants are not harassed by me. I many long term tenants. (Over ten years). I don't think there's a comparable unit available for this amount. Refrigerator and range included. Brand new storm Lease is minimum of one year. First, last and security deposit due up front. This eases tension if some unforeseen situation occurs. No animals allowed. There is a $2500 pet fee, if a tenant lies, and gets pets/animals. Rent is due on the first and there's a five day grace period. Afterward, late fees accrue. No grease can be poured in drains, only tissue paper goes in toilet. We have septic tanks. No section 8.
