The home is fully furnished and move-in ready, with everything you need for a longer stay: kitchenware, linens, heating and air conditioning, and a washer and dryer right in the unit. Utilities are included. There is a private entrance and a private bath, so the place is yours for the length of your assignment. Sleeping is set up for a working traveler who may have company: a queen bed in the main bedroom, and bunk beds in the second bedroom. Pets are welcome. If you are looking for a reasonable, peaceful spot to settle in for 90 days or more, this is an easy place to rest and recharge. All utilities included. Basic internet is provided. First and security due at signing, this includes a non-refundable $300 professional cleaning fee. 1 year lease required. Will entertain 3 month at a time for traveling occupations.
