It is relatively new home, built on 2019. All fenced and concrete around the pavement. There are 5 fruit trees and separate kitchen garden in the backyard that tenant can use. All utilities electricity, water, and electricity are paid by tenant. Lawn care is done by tenant. There is $35 per month fee for washer/dryer use. There is a septic tank that needs to be taken care if it fills. We cleaned it few months ago and usually last 4 years for about 5 family memebers. This means, the sewer is well taken care for tenants for about 3/4 years.
