I believe this is the best place to live in Boston at this price. There is laundry and bike storage in the building. The landlord is fantastic. The location is divine. Walk to everything! Move in cost is first month's rent, a security deposit of one month's rent, and a broker's fee of a half month's rent. Move in date is September 1. No Pets. Exclusive to Paragon. This is the most expensive one. I have others for 9/1 move in starting at 1470. They are all good! Floor plan is of this unit, pictures are of another unit in the building, but the kitchen and bath are dramatically similar.
