We just finished remodeling our amazing family friendly vacation rental. Everything was touched and all of the furnishings are brand new. New photos coming in a few days, we have mixed in some of the old photos. Our condo is located in the heart of Newport Beach. The ocean side of the house is all glass/ sliding doors with unobstructed ocean views and 2 furnished ocean view balconies where you can sit and watch the sun set. Great ocean breezes. Park 2 cars in the driveway and 2 cars in the common area parking lot. We offer onsite common area tennis courts, pool and Jacuzzi. 2 BBQ’s located at the pool area. WIFI and Cable TV included. Garage game room includes foosball, pool table, 4 bikes a sofa and a TV if you want to watch the game. The onsite heated pool year round to 85 degrees and Jacuzzi is at 104 degree and we have tennis courts but you must bring your own racket. 4 bikes and bike and 2 locks are included. The beach is just a walk or bike ride away so leave your car parked and as a result, you don’t need to worry about finding beach parking, the noise and the overall congestion of the zoo below, google maps shows our home as 300 feet or 91 meters from the sand which takes me just a minutes to walk. Everything you need for a day on the beach is provided. Visit Disneyland in just 20 minutes or enjoy a bike ride on our 15-mile beach boardwalk (many say this is the highlight of their vacation)! Completely furnished. King size bed in master. Queen in the second room and 2 twin beds in the third room. We also offer 2 full air mattresses and a single air mattress along with the necessary bedding. Our home is very bright and sunny and offers more than any hotel in the area at a better price. Shopping/ Dining: Fashion Island and South Coast Plaza are a short drive or taxi away. All offer wonderful dining, shopping and entertainment for the whole family. Weather: We have no seasons!! This is Southern California and I can`t tell you how many days we have in winter that feel like summer, it just gets cold at night. Summer is summer and around 76-85 degrees during the day and now less than 68 degrees at night, great for sitting on the deck. Bring your own laptop to connect to our wireless internet. Hoag Hospital and its more than 1,500-member medical staff, state-of-the-art equipment and modern facilities, Hoag provides a full spectrum of health care services that includes five institutes providing specialized services in the following areas: cancer, heart and vascular, neurosciences, women’s health, and orthopedics. No Smoking please. For stays longer than 30 days the short term lodging tax is removed.
