What I love about my home, I am only leaving Turner Place because it's time for me to move closer to my family. I have loved living on Turner Place - I've got the best neighbors that look out for one another; there's one man who we call the Mayor on the street because he takes care of most of our lawns and has all the history on the homes. Another family has 3 children and they're eager to help with shoveling and small chores. Many residents on this street have been here 25 years or more. The children on the street used to publish a newspaper called The Turner Times ... I enjoy the morning sunshine on my front porch for most of 3 seasons - it's lovely. The upstairs has a great private bedroom and open area in front perfect for teenager or office. This bedroom has radiator heat and cedar closet nearby. I've really tried to invest in solid improvements to the house - the kind of things you don't necessarily see but will be glad they're done. Sincerely, HeleneExtremely well maintained-owner has invested in major items: New windows; New Boiler; New Cent Air; New Arch/Shingle Roof plus new lines to sewer. Classic home with circa details.
