Honestly, you can't beat the location or rent. There is a free shuttle to Times Square and Union Square. The room is large and has a lot of closet space, and you will have your own bathroom. The common space is large and I have two great (female) roommates who are in their late 20s and work in Manhattan. About you: Must be clean, have a stable job, and make 40X the rent. I think the building is okay with pets as long as you are responsible.
