The kitchen has a gas stove, a refrigerator and a dining alcove with room for a table and 2 chairs. The bedroom is large with 3 windows and more than enough room for a queen-sized bed plus some other furniture. Living room is very large. There are 3 closets in the apartment so you'll have plenty of storage space. It is mostly wood floors with tiling in kitchen and bathroom. Heat and hot water are included (you only pay for gas & electric). Sorry, no pets. Colored walls will be re-painted to a neutral white/cream when the tenants move out. Location: Parking is available right out front on the street for free (2 hour limit 8 am - 4 pm daily). There is a garage just 5 minute walk away with free parking on Saturday/Sunday. Another option for parking is the nearby Grayrock parking lot right next to the train station and just a few blocks from the apartment (~$54/month, $644/year). The train station is a 4 block walk away (about 5-7 minutes) and express trains run every ½ during rush hour in and out of the city. Express trains (stopping at Harlem 125 and then Grand Central) take 25-35 minutes, local trains take about 45 minutes. Starbucks is at the train station; the downtown area has a park, ice cream and pinkberry-style frozen yogurt, CVS, some restaurants, dry cleaners, and grocery store--all right next to the train station and just a 5-10 min. walk from the apartment.
