These are not shared space. This is an family or possibly roommates apartment; not like college dorm rooms. Master bedroom has its own private bathroom. other two rooms share a bathroom across the hall. Each room has it's own closets and are not connected through bathrooms. If you have kids that go to school, school bus stops here. quiet place with large outdoor space. very spacious, i'm very misleading size from the outside. 12 foot ceilings. I have my own lease, willing to show once serious renter's are accepted to be a potential tenant. All renners have to undergo a background check through a website that will cost you $35.00.
