Also includes a brand new LG HE washing machine and dryer and high speed wifi. There is brand new central AC for the entire house as well as central heat. The Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed and a spacious closet. The 4th Avenue Bedroom has a Queen Bed also and the Ocean Avenue Bedroom has a Full Bed. Each bedroom has its own closet and there are dressers in the 4th Avenue and Ocean Avenue Bedrooms. There is one full bathroom that has a shower/tub combination. The house is within walking distance to NJ Transit Train, wonderful park for kids and the center of Bradley Beach where there are restaurants, bars, coffee shops, ice cream parlors and more! No smoking or vaping on the property. No pets. Renter responsible for utilities. Security is 1.5 months. Credit score, income verification and rental application and lease required. Lease term is October 1st, 2021-May 15, 2022. House comes furnished except for bedding and towels. $250 cleaning fee for end of lease term.
