This is a shared living space, but you have you're own floor. My mother is a smoker, so preference set to those who don't mind smoke or smoke themselves. My mother would be your room mate but her living corridors are upstairs, the only time she would go downstairs is when she uses the shared laundry unit. There is an entrance on the side of the house that would lead directly down to your floor. The bathroom and kitchen would be shared with my mother. Although the kitchen and bathroom is shared, you do have your own refrigerator as well as a sink that is built downstairs. You are more than welcome to use the pots, pans, and all appliances in the house. It is required that you buy you're own groceries and also provide you're own furniture. The space is $800 a month, but ALL utilities are included. $50 can be taken off for the first months rent to repaint the enclosed bedroom, as I know it's not a well liked color pallet. :) If you would like to preview the space, it's best to contact the number provided, as that is my mothers direct line and would be easier to set up a time. All utilities included in price. Renter is responsible for their own groceries. Renter is also responsible for supplying own furniture.
