This is a fantastic location and the house has had some updating but still needs more inside. However, it is absolutely livable the way it is now!! There are 4 bedrooms plus a formal living room, dining room, large den with a fireplace and a beamed raised ceiling, and a breakfast area off the kitchen. The laundry room is large. Some of the floors are wood, new carpet, terrazzo, and a laminate. The roof was replaced with a 30 year architectural shingle in June 2011. A/C was replaced in 2001, but has been completely serviced by Butcher in June 2011. The duct work was sanitized in 2007 by Butcher. The interior and exterior was painted in July 2011. There are 2 beautiful live oak trees in the front yard and 1 in the back. The back yard is huge and fenced with a large covered patio. Enclosed garage.
