This is a lovely studio in which I lived for over 5 years. Sadly I have to move because of work and I need to rent it out. I am looking for the right tenant that will take care of it, so you are not dealing with a Property Management company. The place can come furnish if you would like or not depending on your preference. Only thing is that any item will not be replaced if you decide to keep the furnished. If you want to get rid of it however you want that's up to you. Just keep that in mind. It comes with AC, full kitchen, bathroom, laundry on site, an ok lobby and recreation room for when you want to have some extra space to host people. It also has a cold pool that they say it's supposedly heated but it's not warm enough for me so maybe you won't mind it. Sadly and I'm sincerely sorry in advance, it does not come with parking, which is why I am letting you keep the furniture and maybe sell it yourself and make some extra cash if you want. There is parking in the street but that can be a hassle like anywhere else in Long Beach but there is other structures around that offer parking. Thankfully it is location really close to some nice coffee shops and restaurants, so at least you won't have to drive everywhere if you want want to since there is a nice amount of entertainment within walking distance. You can bring your pet and I won't charge you extra for that, I think that is a bit crazy so I won't do it, just please help me take care of the place and I promise I will make sure you don't hate your landlord. First month free if choosing 1 year lease The apartment comes furnished but will not be replaced if the furniture gets broken, this is to avoid moving things and make it easier for the renter to move in. If you want to get rid of the furniture do so and make your self some extra money if you want. Utilities are responsibility of the tenant Electricity Internet Landlord is responsible for water and garbage. There is a fee for bulk items and this is not covered since it requires an additional cost.
