October 1 - June 1 -- Winter Rental Relax with the whole family at this beautiful ocean front home on the South Shore with spectacular views and direct access to a semi-private, neighborhood beach. Gaze at the ocean while relaxing on the elevated porch or from anywhere on the first floor. The space The house can sleep up to eight people. It has a large primary bedroom with king size bed and ocean views. The master bedroom has a Roku tv. There are two additional, smaller bedrooms: one with a full size bed and the other with two twin beds. Each floor has a full bathroom with shower. There is a washer and dryer on second floor. The living room features a gas iron stove fireplace and 85" smart tv with Roku. Custom oversize couches may also be used to sleep two additional people. In the kitchen, you will find a full fridge/freezer with ice and water dispenser plus two additional refrigerator drawers to keep your drinks frosty cold. There is a Keurig k-cup and a traditional coffe maker with an assortment of coffee and plenty of mugs to get your day started. We have everything you need for a lobster feast! A huge pot for steaming, all the utensils you'll need, and oversize plates for everything. On the wrap around deck, there is a propane grill. This is an off-season rental from October 1, 2025 - May 29, 2026.
