Includes 4.5 acres of land and is surrounded by thousands of acres of undeveloped land. I am retiring and moving to our retirement home. Do not like dealing with tire kickers or real estate agents unless your bringing a buyer. Land alone is worth more than I am asking. If your serious lets talk. I f not please do not bother me. Getting tired of keeping up two homes but still able to do so. So I do not have to sell.
