Tenant pays their own power bill and their own water and sewer bill. The lease is for a year and then month to month after the year is up. We only allow two small pets. There will be an extra $100 per pet added to the rent total. So if you have one pet the rent will be $810 if you have two pets the rent will be $910 a month and a $500 pet fee per animal.
