This is a tiny house. It has a kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom. The bedroom is large enough for a king bed, chest and nightstand. One side of the bedroom is a closet with shelves. There is a washroom where a stackable washer and dryer can go and that’s where the hot water heater is located. No owner financing. The tiny house will have to be moved. I have the number to the man that delivered it to me. This man will be able to move the tiny house wherever you would like. There is a split unit in the house. Which will heat and cool during the winter and summer months.
