My private room is fully furnished (desk, dresser, bed, mattress) and has a private bathroom (shower, tub, and vanity). You also get your own parking spot right behind the building. It also has a pretty good sized closet with plenty of storage space. The apartment has a washer and dryer and full kitchen! The complex has workout room, pool table/leisure room, and pool, located right next to Bowman Field. The location is fantastic for walking to campus, it is right across the street! The view from my room is excellent! Utilities, Internet, and TV are all included in the monthly rent (you only pay 1 flat rate per month). I have bumped rent down to $550 a month, I desperately need to sublease because I am moving soon. Send me a message if you have any questions at all!
