You'll be sharing the space with two roommates in their 30s, 1(F) running her own company and 1(M) working in data analytics and a cat called Minerva. Both are easy going and no-drama and we're looking for the same. Our neighbor is WholeFoods and Safeway is only a single block away. Dolores park is 4 blocks away and Duboce park is a similar distance. Verve Coffee is a 2 minute walk and - once everything opens again - you're right between all the dining/drinks options that the Mission & Lower Haight have to offer. Our living room has a working fireplace, projector/screen and there is a huge roof (with wifi) which offers a great view of the city. About the room: Your room is approx. 220sq ft, has hardwood floors, a built in closet and tons of light due to the large bay windows. You will have your own additional personal storage space in another built in full sized closet in the hallway (for reference, the bed in the photo is a queen size) and a garaged parking spot (EV charging is available right across the street inside Wholefood's parking garage). Owner pays for water, guests allowed, some pets allowed.
