There are 15 units. Unit 13 and 6 have been updated and all other units will be updated in the same manner, including new exterior doors and siding. There are some units currently rented, however, refer to capitalization analysis in associated docs. All units are heated and cooled by Heat Pumps and electric heat. The common area/laundry area (community room) is designed for resident use for gatherings etc. This area is also getting updates, such as: new flooring, light fixtures, paint and texturing and new appliances (microwave, stove and refrigerator). The existing cupboards and countertops will be repaired, as needed. Currently there are 4 machines in the laundry area. There is a newer roof and vinyl windows.
