During the term of the lease the tenant is required to secure and maintain a liability insurance policy in an amount of not less than $100,000.00. Minimum of first month's rent and one month's security deposit to move in. Deland Oaks requires an additional application and fee of $35 for any person over the age of 18. This is only done after your application has been processed and you will also be required to meet with the Deland Oaks Management.
