The marina was rebuilt in 2016 and reopened 12/2017. The only component not replaced is the wooden fixed dock and the metal ramp that leads to the concrete floating docks. Each boat in the marina must show evidence of insurance with liability of a minimum of $300,000 and list the Frederica Yacht Club as additionally insured. Each slip has a dock box (replacement is the owner's responsibility), a power pedestal with 30 & 50 amp service as well as AC power and water connection. Maximum boat length is 45' overall. There are restrictions for use both from the Association & DNR. Depth at low tide is 13' but buyer needs to verify this at low tide. This depth is good for larger boats but also can experience rough water when storms are occurring.This slip now offers liveaboards for those boaters that choose to live on their boat.
