I will cover the lease transfer fee and will include some furniture for free if needed (bed, coffee table, dining table, sofa). The complex has a pool (bbq grills by the pool), fitness center, and basketball/volleyball/tennis courts. It's a 3-minute walk to the bus stop from the apartment. NS, T and A all goes to campus.
