About us: Laid back and clean couple looking for a like-minded roommate to replace our current housemate when he moves out. Both young professionals in our mid 30s who typically work 9am - 6pm Monday - Friday. One of the bedrooms serves as a guest bedroom/permanent office for one of us, while the other works at the office. In our free time, we enjoy going to the beach, bike riding, hiking, snowboarding in the winter, concerts, game nights, cooking, going to the movies, and keeping up with TV shows. We like hanging out with our friends but also enjoy nights in. We are clean but are open to having a housekeeper come monthly for deep cleaning if desired.
