The living room and kitchen areas are connected in the main entry area. The outdoor space is approximately two acres with a large deck and backyard overlooking Hood Canal. Location: The home is in a rural area approximately 15 minutes north of the nearest grocery store in downtown Hoodsport, and about 30 minutes north of larger supermarkets in Shelton. It is located just off Highway 101 and so you will hear traffic sounds. Storage: The interior has minimal built-in storage. Two outdoor sheds are available if extra storage is needed. Internet and Phone: The Internet provider is Hood Canal Communications, which has fast and reliable connections capable of supporting remote work, including Zoom conferences. Maintenance: The home is a newer build with minimal maintenance needed. It includes a large backyard that the tenant will need to maintain mostly from May - August.
