The house is very nice and is in a quiet subdivision just 6 miles south of Rolla, it is fully furnished and very spacious. Available is a large bedrooms with walk-in closet and bathroom on the upstairs level, as well as a large bedroom in the fully finished walkout basement. I'm a Christian female in my mid 20s who works full-time. Roommate must also be a Christian female who does not smoke, and is willing to sign an agreement that they will not have guys staying the night. The cost is $350 per month.
