This is a nice house for price. It seems to be a solid, well built home with the original hardwood floors throughout, except for the kitchen, bathrooms and brick in an area in front of the wood burning fireplace with a gas starter. The floors are in very good condition, just need sanding and re-staining. Central H/A downstairs and window units upstairs. You will be amazed at all of the storage space and walk-in closets in this house. It has a very nice front porch with a swing and also a screened in back porch and a fenced backyard.
