It is a great home with a fun backyard. There is a huge covered outdoor kitchen, stone bar with a concrete top and a stone firepit. Outdoor TV and in ground pool with new liner in 2016. Sunroom is heated/cooled and not part of the square footage. All new flooring in the entire home. Remodeled kitchen in 2016 and remodeled both master bath and main bath in 2017. New pool liner in 2015. New pool pump and gas heater in 2014. Anderson windows. Sunroom has its own heat/ac and has Sun-setters which help keep this room the perfect temperature. It is my favorite room in the house. We took our original Living room and made it into our Dining room. We just didn't have a need for and additional Family/Living room. We had the wood look tile put in the entire main floor and I love how easy it is to clean. Just painted the lower level and also the Master Bedroom.
