The Park City Municipal Athletic Recreation Center (PC MARC), located just a 2-minute walk from the home, is a fantastic facility offering amenities such as seasonal lap and leisure pools, tennis and pickleball courts, a basketball gym, a bouldering wall, an indoor track, and more. Two exterior parking spots are available. During the winter, you must drive a snow-capable vehicle, preferably a vehicle that is 4WD or AWD, carry the correct chains and know how to use them, as it is a legal requirement, and plan your trip accordingly knowing this is a ski town and we can get 1-2 ft of snow within a 24-hour period. A driver who has experience driving in the snow is great as well. Nearest bus stop is an easy 2-minute walk from the front door. Park City Mountain ski area is 7 minutes away, historic Main Street is 7 minutes away, Canyons ski area is 10 minutes away, Deer Valley Resort is 10 minutes away, and Kimball Junction is 12 minutes away. Guests must sign our rental agreement and complete ID verification within 48 hours of booking confirmation or forfeit the reservation. There is an exterior doorbell camera at the front door. Access to PC MARC is not included with your stay, as it is a separate facility. Guests would need to arrange their own access and any associated fees directly with the center.
