    If you're new to Albuquerque and need to travel on I-25 to work each day this is the perfect location from which to do so. I have career advancement opportunity in another state, and so that is why I am leaving. This apartment is ideally located across the street from Silver Street market which is only grocery store downtown ABQ. My place that I have available is on the 4th floor north-facing which means you have entire view of downtown from both the living-room, bedroom, and full-sized patio. Also, you will be able to see North, East and West which includes a view of the Sandia Peak. Since the apartment is located just next Lead Street and Coal Street; you will have no time get to the freeways with very minimal traffic and traffic light. You walking distance from anything you could possible need in downtown. In regards to security, you can never find a more secure apartment building downtown.You are required an electronic pass to get through any entry-way on the building. Each entry-way consist of at least two magnetic door with overhead security camera which are regularly monitored. Even the parking is extremely secured requiring magnetized garage door opener and security camera watching your car while you sleep. The parking lot is also fully-enclosed. In order to qualify, you have need to be making a minimum of $25K per annum. Have a good rental history, and DO NOT have significant offensives show up in your background check. The parking lot is usually paid separately on top of the rent however I will cover that for the new five months. If you pay out of your pocket for the application process and pass; I will also give you the money back that you have paid. Only if you are approved.
